eagle BRAND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK - BANANA CREAM CHEESE
PIE RECIPE
This is an original recipe from Borden Recipe Favorites,
Borden, Inc., 1988.
BANANA CREAM CHEESE PIE
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust or baked
pastry shell
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT
evaporated milk)
1/3 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 medium bananas
Additional ReaLemon brand
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth;
stir in 1/3 cup ReaLemon brand and vanilla. Slice 2
bananas; dip in ReaLemon brand, drain and line crust.
Pour filling over bananas; cover. Chill 3 hours or
until set. Before serving, slice remaining bananas;
dip in ReaLemon brand, drain and garnish top of pie.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
