CHEESY SPINACH PINWHEELS

1 (8-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
6 tablespoons garlic herb cream cheese (from 8-oz. pkg.), softened
8 large fresh spinach leaves

Heat oven to 350°F.  Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles.  Firmly press perforations to seal.  Spread rectangles with cream cheese to within 1/4 inch of edges; top with spinach leaves.  Starting at shortest side, roll up each rectangle; press edges to seal.  Cut each roll into 8 slices.  Place, cut side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F. for 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.  Immediately remove from cookie sheet.  Garnish as desired.  Serve warm.

Number of Servings:  16 appetizers.

TIPS:

To make ahead, prepare, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours; bake as directed.

To reheat, wrap in foil; heat at 350°F. for 5 to 10 minutes.
