CHEESY SPINACH PINWHEELS
1 (8-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner
Rolls
6 tablespoons garlic herb cream cheese (from 8-oz. pkg.),
softened
8 large fresh spinach leaves
Heat oven to 350°F. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Spread rectangles with cream cheese to within 1/4 inch of edges; top with spinach leaves. Starting at shortest side, roll up each rectangle; press edges to seal. Cut each roll into 8 slices. Place, cut side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F. for 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Garnish as desired. Serve warm.
Number of Servings: 16 appetizers.
TIPS:
To make ahead, prepare, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours; bake as directed.
To reheat, wrap in foil; heat at 350°F. for 5 to 10 minutes.
