Choosing a category to collect can be based on your budget, available space, your interests, or with what you might already own to start your collection.  You might prefer to collect a variety of items to create your own vintage kitchen.

Many cooks still use their older kitchenware.  Some primitives and antiques are best used for decorative purposes only.
