COMPANY HISTORY
The California and Hawaiian Sugar Company was founded in
1906 in Crockett, California.
Their market is primarily west of the Mississippi River.
The members of the cooperative sold their interest to
Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. in 1994.
A & B sold their interest in August 2005 to American
Sugar Refining, Inc.
